VERSATILE AND EASY TO USE: Most customers prefer our sharpening strop free of honing compound or only use the included Lanoline & Beeswax softening balm for improved drag. However, you can apply a compound on one or both sides of the leather strop. We advise using the Green compound on the smooth side and the White compound on the rough side, but you might prefer coarser or finer grit. We give you a full set to personalize your strop according to your needs
