Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from customs, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds for returned packages will exclude original shipping costs.

within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
